Well, I can finally say our website is up. Ok, the comming soon page anyway with a link to our blog. John-Paul and I have been so busy lately with the business. We are really excited about all that is transpiring. We are doing our first wedding this weekend and we are thrilled! Our website is just about finished and the Lord has just been bringing everything together so wonderfully. We covet all of your prayers and support if you think of us.

All work and no play!

Well, this last week has been exahusting. Last week John-Paul got sick on the worst possible week for him to get sick, the week before the year book was due. He was up every night this past weekend until the wee hours of the morning trying to get it all done. Even still tonight he is at the office working. He is still not feeling well and still has not had a chance to veg like a normal sick person. I, on the otherhand, well, my week was nowhere near the stress of John-Paul's but it was boring and lonely. I have been alone just about every night for a week. I will be so grateful when the yearbook is finished and I get to have my husband back.

One neat thing that is happening is that we are making huge strides towards our photography business. We have aquired our web adress so our website will hopefully be up and running within the next month. For those of you who did not know that JP and I take pictures and for those who like to see what we have done recently I have attached some of our recent work. Let us know what you think.

An unplanned picnic

It was a beautiful day yesterday and I thought to myself it would be an absolute shame to let it go to waste so I put together a very impromptu picnic on the intracoastal. It was such a great time ,however, it was the first time that I have ever eaten a picnic in the dark. Yes, it is;true by the time everyone arrived and everything was ready it was dusk and by the time we finished eating it was pitch dark! I know, funny, but it was a memory that will last. John Paul's family joined us along with Ruth's brother Andrew. It is on days like yesterday that I fall in love with Florida all over again and think why would anyone want to live anywhere else. I hope our picnic in the dark inspires you to be spontaneous even when it seems a bit silly.

It's food time just as the sun is saying its goodbye's.

The Wii

For Christmas the Churchill's got a Wii for the family and let me tell you there is no way you can play it and not look silly. Unfortunately, I do not have a picture of everyone playing it but I think you will get the idea just by looking at these few pictures at just how much fun it is!Her tongue helps her keep her balance.

Sitting around chatting.

Camp meeting is over now but it blew in some great friends that we have been missing very much. We had the pleasure of being graced by the company of none other than Matt Marshall and his mother Sherilyn Marshall. It was so nice to see them again, however, we were sad that the rest of the Marshalls were unable to come as well. I have some pictures of the get-together for all those who were here and for all those who were here with us in spirit.

It's about time!

Well, since I haven't written anything since Christmas I think this post is long overdue. There is not much new happening around our home right now but their is plenty happening on campus! Camp set up started on Monday and camp begins technically this evening with a mission service.

John-Paul and I have been working in the snack shop every Wednesday evening and we were able to have a grand opening about 2 weeks ago. We put in a lounge area in with couches, chairs, lamps, rugs and coffee tables. We also hung some old pictures of the campus up on the wall and we put tablecloths on all the tables. It looks really good! The AA has done so well with volunteering their time in there.

This past weekend we were able to go to the Hobe Sound Art fest with Kirk and Jodi Marshall we had a lot of fun unfortunately Jodi and I forgot our cameras so no pictures to share. Last year we were able to go to the Art show with Sara and Chloe so I guess the Art Fest is something reserved only to be shared with the Marshall's now:)

John-Paul and I were able to see my brother Brett this pastSunday evening. His OCU choir was in Avon Park so we made the journey to hear him sing and spend about an hour with him. I loved our little bit of time together and I miss him so much!

John-Paul has been sick with a bad sinus cold/flu and now I believe he has passed it on to me. I started not feeling well last night so I stayed home from work today. Pray that we both get better soon!
